the following agreement is concluded:


The person giving the tip provides the company __immo1.berlin _______ contact details of potential real estate sellers and their real estate. For this purpose, the tip giver states in writing the address and, if applicable, the e-mail address and telephone number of the potential seller as well as the full address of the property to be sold. After receiving this data, the person who gave the tip will receive confirmation shortly if the company __immo1.berlin______ is not yet aware of this property.


This includes the following requirements:


  • The object is not published in electronic nor in print media at the current time.
  • The object is not up for auction and is not offered by any real estate agency.
  • The property has not yet been offered to us by a third party and is a new addition to our portfolio.


Ideally, and in order to increase the chances of success, the tip giver informs the potential seller that the company __immo1.berlin_______ will contact them.


After that, the mediation activity will begin if the tip of the tipster resulted in a sales order.


After completing a brokerage-only (-exclusive-) assignment with the owner, we pay by bank transfer


Immediate advance of 200,- €,


which is later offset against the tipster commission.

After the successful notarial sale of the named property and receipt of the broker's commission, the tip giver receives the agreed tip commission.



The company __immo1.berlin______ pays the following amounts to the tipster:

from €330,000 to €3,000


from €440,000 to €4,000


from €550,000 to €5,000


from €660,000 to €6,000





For this purpose, the tip giver states in the form of an invoice where and in what form (account transfer or cash payment) the tip commission is to be paid. The company __immo1.berlin___ transfers the agreed tip commission within one week after receipt of the buyer's commission. There are no other verbal agreements on this contract. The tipster commission received is usually taxable, the recipient has to take care of that.


Additional agreements must be in writing. Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
