Ombudsman Real Estate IVD/VBP - Information obligation according to § 36 VSBG
The Immobilienverband Deutschland IVD eV has set up an arbitration board in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG) with the participation of the consumer association Verband Privater Bauherren eV (VPB). Disputes between consumers and members of the IVD can be settled before the arbitration board in an out-of-court arbitration procedure.
Immo1.berlin Immobilien is a member of the IVD and, based on the IVD statutes, is obliged to submit a written statement to the ombudsman if they initiate proceedings. In principle, Immo1.berlin Immobilien does not participate in arbitration proceedings at other arbitration boards.
We are not legally obliged to take part in a dispute settlement procedure and do not participate in it, except for the participation in the procedure of the IVD ombudsman.
